Your 11 Labour Borough Councillors – working to unlock the potential of Ashford Borough

Thanks to your support we now have 11 Labour Borough Councillors and as the new Ashford Constituency Labour Party we are more determined than ever to support the work of our Borough Councillors to unlock the potential of Ashford Borough for everyone.

On Thursday 4th May 2023 elections took place in Ashford Borough to elect a new council.

Now, with your ongoing support and nearly double the number of Labour Councillors, we are more determined than ever to steer the Council towards unlocking Ashford’s potential.

Thanks to the support of so many residents like you who all want to see a better Ashford we now have 11 Labour Borough Councillors all working hard to champion the interests of you and other residents across Ashford, Tenterden, and the surrounding villages.

Ashford has so much potential, but years of the Conservatives running the Borough Council has resulted in a town and borough that is a shadow of what it could, and should, be. It’s time to unlock Ashford’s potential, to build a better Ashford.

We are the only local party that has a common sense and achievable plan to change Ashford for the better. Our plan is based on 3 Missions that we will use to unlock Ashford’s potential, and to build a better Ashford:

• Safer Streets and Communities for everyone,
• Revitalising Ashford: Prosperity and Opportunities for all, and
• Affordable Greener Homes where they are needed.
